Word on the sidewalk is RiRi will be throwing her good friend Katy Perry a wild bachelorette party. According to a source to More magazine, "Katy's totally excited and keeps telling Russell her party is going to be every bit as wild as any party he and his boys will throw! She and Rihanna have become very, very close. So Rihanna has offered to plan a girls' getaway and also help out with anything else Katy needs for the wedding."  

The 'I Kissed A Girl' singer - whose parents Mary and Keith Hudson are both Christian pastors - reportedly told her fiance, British comedian Russell Brand, she wanted to tie the knot at a location close to her Los Angeles home, but turned down his suggestion of a recording studio at the Sunset Marquis hotel. A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Russell has been visiting the hotel for years and it is steeped in rock 'n' roll history. It's in the middle of West Hollywood, but it has beautiful gardens  

 

So it is the Smurf's (Smurves' ..?) turn to be ground up into pixels and painted atop a live-action film filled with celebrities taking healthy paychecks or advancement gigs. So far, The Smurfs: Of Course It's In Fuckin' 3D will be hitting theaters with Neil Patrick Harris, Hank Azaria, George Lopez, Alan Cumming, and Katy Perry filling roles. As of today, you can add Glee cast member Jayma Mays to that immense cast.  

 

Rihanna — the woman who lap-danced with the midget stripper at her 22nd birthday bash last month — is reportedly putting her party-planning skills to work on bachelorette party for bestie Katy Perry. The "I Kissed A Girl" star announced her engagement to British comic Russell Brand earlier this year, and The Barbadian Queen is already looking for ways to commemorate Katy's last days of singledom.  

"She and Rihanna have become very, very close. So Rihanna has offered to plan a girls' getaway and also help out with anything else Katy needs for the wedding." Sounds amazing - we like that these two are besties!

Sure, Perry lost a ton of her appeal when she got engaged to that tool bag, Russell Brand , but have you seen her bags? Her edgy image, singing about kissing girls and her willingness to show off her assets makes her someone who oozes much more sex appeal than the straight-edge, girl-next-door Underwood.
